First create an account if you are a new customer or authenticate if you are an old customer, then go to the Online Store section, choose the item you want, and add it to the basket, click on " Order", then insert your measurements, and follow the instructions to the payment method. After finalizing the order, you will receive a confirmation email and we will then contact you to verify all the details regarding your order.

We perform two types of retouching:

Adaptation of the item to your measurements: If necessary, we retouch your item to adapt it to your measurements. These alterations are free.

To take your exact measurements:

– Length: Wear heeled shoes and measure the length from shoulder to tip of heels

– Shoulders: measure shoulder width

– Sleeves: measure the length of the arm from the end of the shoulder to the wrist

-Chest circumference: measure the bust circumference while wearing bras

– Waist circumference (belt): measure the waist circumference at the level of the navel

-Hip circumference: measure the full circumference of the hips, the widest part below the waistband
